Jan 4th Installfest Cancelled

We just wanted to let you know that the UAT campus is getting their floors waxed this weekend and the campus will be closed the entire time this is being done. I apologize for the inconvenience and the late notification. We only found out about this an hour ago (fri 5pm)and I wanted to personally reach out and let you know. New Installfest, this one is in Paradise Valley

Located at Paradise Valley Community College (in building E near the three pillars). Parking on the east side of the campus is best & enter on the east side of the building. Look for the area called “Computer Commons” near the center corridor on the left. Enter and make your way towards the room against the wall on the far right labeled E146. We can install most Linux distributions. We are also happy to fix problems, answer questions or simply discuss free software. We meet the 2nd Saturday of every month from 9 AM until 2 PM unless we cancel or reschedule due to a holiday. While we emphasize Linux on the Desktop, we happily assist with Server installs of linux as well. See the calendar for events.

What to bring: You need to bring everything required to use your computer. For a server, bring your server, [with keyboard, monitor and mouse if ssh access isn’t set up yet,] along with a 2nd computer for accessing the server via a network connection.
